Public Hearing Notice

A public hearing on the Petition to Opt Out of the Summer Meal Mandate in accordance with Public Act 096-0734 filed on December 11, 2025 by Mr. Michael Patterson, Superintendent of Malden CCSD #84, Bureau County, Illinois is scheduled to convene at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the office of the Regional Superintendent, 107 S. State Street, Atkinson, IL. The Regional Superintendent shall, at that time, hear testimony on the Petition from the school district and interested community members.
